Hermitage Foreshore Walk

Yesterday, Alex and I took the bus to Nielsen Park to hike the Hermitage Foreshore Walk.  The track is short, a little over a mile, but offers beautiful views of the city skyline, Opera House, and Harbour Bridge.  The path follows along the coastline and there were several small, secluded beaches along the way.  

After our hike, we walked to Bondi Beach where we ate lunch at The Nine.  Alex and I each ordered a cappuccino and they were brought to us in the most beautiful ceramic mugs!  I looked online and the mugs are by Marloe Morgan Ceramics - I'll have to see if she sells her pieces in the states! 

It was still early once we finished lunch so we decided to take the bus to Newtown and grabbed a drink at Young Henrys.  The brewery has been opened since 2012 and we enjoyed ending the day sampling a couple of their beers - my favorite was the Summer Hop Ale.
